When I was running my own company for 13 years, I desperately wanted the high level c-suite mindset of a business partner, but I did not want the entanglement and complications that came with that — the financial and emotional costs seemed too high. Likewise, hiring a VA seemed like more work than it was worth… how would that lighten my load or free me up at all?

Without multiple people to hold the vision of the business, it is impossible to break into the next strata of growth. There is only so far the grind of ‘doing it all yourself’ can take you before you get stuck at revenue and operational plateaus.

You need a thought partner who is holding vision alongside you, who is able to chart course, advise, challenge, introduce ideas, and who has the integrity to create the systems that you and your employees can act on the day to day to simplify and make your efforts easier and more streamlined. I have deep abiding love for entrepreneurs — we are a weird, lovely, risk-taking group of creative people but sometimes we make things harder for ourselves for no damn reason except that we are just used to doing it that way. And I have an uncanny ability to see what’s in the way both energetically and logistically and help you overcome obstacles with tenacity and tenderness.
